Before founding Levitas Partners, Rob practiced law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP for over a decade, where he was a counsel in the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions group. He advised private equity firms, public and private companies, as well as other sophisticated clients on complex transactions across a range of industries, including technology, health care, media and entertainment, manufacturing, and telecommunications.

Over the course of his legal career, the inevitable questions arose about what his career would look like and Rob wished that he had a trusted advisor who had been in his shoes and could provide both an understanding of what he was going through and the market. It was when Rob made a successful referral to a firm, that he saw firsthand how powerful the right guidance can be for a person’s career trajectory. 

He began developing the idea for Levitas after that experience and ultimately found his passion in guiding people through inflection points in their evolving careers. 

When Rob isn’t working with his clients, he loves spending time with his wife and two daughters, exploring new recipes he thinks his kids will actually eat, and honing his auctioneering skills.
